When you search trains between two stations, Train Dekho shows Direct trains and Alternative trains. While booking, if your train is waitlisted, RAC, or has already departed, the app also suggests other trains on the same route with seat availability and fare so you can book the next best option.
Can I book train tickets in Train Dekho?
Yes. In the app, search trains between stations, check class-wise seat availability, see suggested alternative trains, and book tickets.
Can I share live train status?
Yes. Open a train’s live status in the app and tap Share live status to send the current location and delay to family or friends.
Can I check a train schedule on the website?
Yes. Use the Schedule tab or Train Schedule, enter a train number or name, and you’ll get the full station-wise timetable with arrival and departure times, running days, and travel classes.
